Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. It's a chance to talk through what you need and for us to tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
How much does a project cost?
Our pricing page lists starting estimates for websites and care plans. Every project is then quoted at a fixed price after the consultation, so you know the full cost before any work starts.
How long will it take?
A typical small business website takes four to eight weeks from approval of the proposal. Apps, AI implementations and integrations vary with scope, and your proposal will include a timeline.
Who owns the website or software?
You own your content, domain, accounts and the custom design created for your project. Our websites are built on our own library of tools and code components, which we continue to own and use for other clients; you receive a permanent, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your site. Third-party software and plugins remain under their own licences.
Will my design be reused for other clients?
No. The custom design created for your business is yours and won't be copied for anyone else. What we reuse is the underlying code and tooling, which is what keeps our builds reliable and cost-effective.
What happens to my information and data?
Your data, content and business information are kept confidential and are never reused on other projects. We only use them to deliver and support your work.
Do you work with businesses outside Newcastle?
Yes. We're based in Newcastle and happy to meet in person locally, and we work remotely with clients across Australia.
How do you handle sensitive information with AI?
Every AI implementation is designed around your privacy obligations. Sensitive data, such as patient records, is only processed by services that meet the required standards, and where appropriate it's kept out of AI tools entirely.
What happens after launch?
Your team receives training and written guides. You can then choose an ongoing care plan for updates, maintenance and support, or manage things yourselves.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We explain everything in plain English and set things up so your team can manage day-to-day changes without technical help.
