Ralph & Grandsons is named after a structural engineer, and built on the idea that good engineering is careful, practical and made to last.
Named after Ralph
Ralph was a structural engineer known for his exacting standards. Whatever the project, he made sure it was finished properly, down to the last detail.
His son Scott followed him into engineering as an electrical and software engineer: a hands-on engineer who turns plans into working systems.
Luke grew up working alongside both of them, and founded Ralph & Grandsons in Newcastle in 2026 to bring the same approach to software and AI. That combination of practical delivery and careful finishing is how we approach every project.
